Belmont is an exceptional headquarters office building in Uxbridge that has recently been fully refurbished.
Cushman Wakefield wanted the pre-let marketing campaign to excite the market about the unique opportunities the building and location offers potential tenants. We created a range of marketing collateral that reflected the ‘West End’ quality of the build, as well as the benefits of its well-connected out of town address.
Once the refurbishment was completed, we delivered all the post-completion materials including a new high specification brochure, refreshed website and email marketing.
