Branding that tastes as good as it looks.

It’s always good to see your friends prosper, especially when you’ve had a helping hand in developing their brand. So, it was with much excitement that I recently attended the launch of The Oystermen Seafood Kitchen in the heart of Covent Garden – now rated No. 1 Restaurant in London by TripAdvisor!

The restaurant is a tiny jewel of a place, bringing a wonderful touch of ‘seaside style’ to the city. Understated branding and a parred back interior of wood and white tiles suggests simplicity and confidence. Which mirrors exactly what is delivered on the plate.

Matt, Rob and the team serve only the freshest of seafood, prepared simply but with no lack of imagination or taste: glistening oysters, beautiful crab, delicately scorched mackerel and punchy clam chowder to name but a few of the delights we enjoyed – all washed down with a very pleasant Chablis too. Clearly success beckons if this is anything to go by.

The Oystermen Seafood Kitchen is the perfect marriage of concept, personality, branding and food. It comes thoroughly recommended, and we are delighted to have been involved in helping them on their way and proud to be involved in helping develop their next exciting venture.

Watch this space.
